Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data RW Services collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you can exercise. It covers this website and the quote requests made through it.

Who the data controller is
RW Services ("we", "us"), established in Frameries, Belgium, is the controller for the processing described below.

The data we collect
When you request a quote we collect what you enter: name, email address, phone number, municipality and postcode, type of service, area, preferred frequency, intended date, and any notes you add.
If you sign up to our newsletter we collect your email address and the date of your consent.
We collect no payment data on this site: no payment is made here.
Why we process it, and on what basis
To answer your quote request and arrange the work: performance of pre-contractual measures and of the resulting contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To send you our newsletter or offers: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a)).
To issue invoices and keep our accounts: compliance with our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to work are kept for twelve months, then deleted.
Data relating to invoiced work is kept for seven years, in line with Belgian accounting obligations.
Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data.
We use processors acting on our instructions: our host, our email delivery provider and, where applicable, our newsletter tool. Each is bound by a processing agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR.

Transfers outside the European Union
Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise these rights, write to us. We respond within one month.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to quote requests is limited to the people who need it to arrange the work.
Changes
We may amend this policy. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page; substantial changes will be flagged on the site.
