Because a fixed price quoted without seeing the place is either too expensive for you or unworkable for us. The hourly rate is published, you know what an hour costs, and the estimator gives you a range before the visit. For post-construction work on larger areas, a fixed price is still possible once we've seen the site.
Yes, two hours. Below that, travel and setting up account for most of the visit, which works out badly for both of us.
Yes, entirely. Vacuum, window kit, microfibre and products are supplied and included in the hourly rate. If you'd rather we used your own products — allergies, delicate surfaces, environmental preference — just say so; it doesn't change the price.
Nothing is paid online. We invoice after the job and you settle by bank transfer. Regular bookings are invoiced monthly.
The hourly rate stays the same. Beyond the six core municipalities, travel time is built into the quote, and it's stated clearly before you accept.
Yes. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly visits get a discount on the hourly rate, because the home is already being maintained and the job is more predictable for us.
